Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.
WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees depends upon the distance and the weight of the product ordered.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For Customers outside India: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
Step 1: Receiving your order. You will receive automated email immediately upon successful placement of the order.
Step 3: We generate a work order and commence the process to prepare and dispatch. This is called as Lead time and that process involves curing of heads, tuning, quality check, packaging, etc. Our Lead Time is 4days,
Step 4: On 5th day, we dispatch your order. However, if a Sunday or any other public holiday falls on the 5th day, we dispatch on the next immediate working day. You will receive an automated email immediately after dispatch details are updated against your order in woocommerce.
Step 5: The shipping option either standard (5days in transit and delivery on 5th working day usually) or expedited (3-4days in transit and delivery on 3rd or 4th working day). For orders outside India, the shipping takes approximately 3 weeks to 4weeks depending on the remoteness of the location.
DO WE DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer worldwide shipping. Free shipping is not valid on international orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If the Delivery is delayed, we initiate the inquiry from our side with the logistics partner by raising a complaint. We communicate to the customer if the reply to our order shows that there is an unprecedented delay due to special circumstances.
In case the customer contacts us first, we raise a complaint with the logistics partner and communicate the same to the customer.
