We are trying hard to serve your order to your appropriate products, in case you have received the wrong or damaged product, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery.
Return Policy:
(A) How to return?
- To initiate the return process, mail us at forcteindia@gmail.com
- The product should be in its original condition and original packing and unused.
- Original box/ packaging received with the product is mandatory to return the product. Attach photos mentioned in points 2 & 3 in your email.
- The refund is subject to your returns meeting the above conditions, else the exchange/return request will not be processed and your order, if dispatched will be sent back to your picked-up address.
- For exchange or return once approved on email by the Centre for Traditional Education Team, it is the customer’s responsibility to ship the product back to the Centre for Traditional Education.
*Please Note: Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not set as working days for standard deliveries.
Product cancellation:
We take requests for cancellations and entertain them before the product is dispatched, once it’s invoiced we cannot cancel the order. If you wish to cancel, we urge you to reach out to us within 5 hours on forcteindia@gmail.com. We shall intimate you within 24hrs of receiving the email.
Any amount paid will be credited into the same payment mode using which the payment was made. Pre-paid transactions refund will be done within 10- 12 business days from the time of cancellations. There will be cancellation charges of 4 to 6% of the full amount.
Cancellation won’t be accepted once the product has been shipped.
